To further improve existing vacuum technology, Habeload and Succor have jointly developed the Vacusystem . This innovative vacuum solution is designed to make vacuum grippers safer, more energy-efficient, and more flexible to use.

Why traditional vacuum systems are not always optimal

Many vacuum lifters operate with a single central vacuum supply.

That is a proven technique, but it also has limitations.

When a system is expanded or modified, major adjustments are often required. Furthermore, it creates a dependency on a single central vacuum source.

That is why the question arose:

Can vacuum technology be designed to be smarter, more flexible, and more reliable?

This question formed the starting point for the development of the Vacusystem.

Inspired by nature

During the development of the Vacusystem, we looked at how the suckers of an octopus work together.

Instead of a single central vacuum supply, the system uses multiple decentralized electric vacuum generators, also known as Vacupods . Each Vacupod generates vacuum locally and works in tandem with the other components of the system.

This modular design offers new possibilities for the vacuum handling of sheet material.
