Many logistics and manufacturing companies face the same challenge: how do you process more products without increasing the physical strain on employees? Tasks such as destacking, repacking, and order picking involve hundreds of actions every day. As products become heavier or volumes increase, the risks of physical strain, loss of productivity, and absenteeism also rise. With ergonomic lifting solutions, Habeload helps organizations make these processes safer, more efficient, and easier to manage.
Moving sheet material safely and efficiently remains a challenge for many manufacturing companies. Especially as products become larger, heavier, or more fragile, the importance of a reliable vacuum solution increases.
To further improve existing vacuum technology, Habeload and Succor have jointly developed the Vacusystem . This innovative vacuum solution is designed to make vacuum grippers safer, more energy-efficient, and more flexible to use.
Many vacuum lifters operate with a single central vacuum supply.
That is a proven technique, but it also has limitations.
When a system is expanded or modified, major adjustments are often required. Furthermore, it creates a dependency on a single central vacuum source.
That is why the question arose:
This question formed the starting point for the development of the Vacusystem.

During the development of the Vacusystem, we looked at how the suckers of an octopus work together.
Instead of a single central vacuum supply, the system uses multiple decentralized electric vacuum generators, also known as Vacupods . Each Vacupod generates vacuum locally and works in tandem with the other components of the system.
This modular design offers new possibilities for the vacuum handling of sheet material.
Because multiple Vacupods work together, the system achieves greater operational reliability.
This redundancy contributes to a safer handling solution for lifting sheet material.
Instead of generating vacuum centrally, vacuum is generated locally using electricity.
As a result, energy is only used where it is actually needed.
The Vacupods generate extensive sensor data.
This information is presented to the user via an intuitive interface, making operation simpler and more transparent.
A key advantage of Vacusystem is its modular design.
Vacupods can be linked together, allowing the system to be easily adapted to different products and lifting capacities.

The Vacusystem was developed with the goal of making vacuum grippers more versatile.
For companies working with:
a modular vacuum solution can contribute to greater flexibility within the production process.
The development of the Vacusystem is a joint innovation project by Habeload and Succor.
The project was made possible in part by support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the Northern Netherlands Cooperation (SNN).
Handling sheet material requires safe, reliable, and flexible solutions.
With the Vacusystem, Habeload and Succor have developed a new generation of vacuum technology that focuses on safety, energy consumption, ease of use, and modularity.
This results in a vacuum system that can be easily adapted to different applications and future developments within production processes.
