What are you going to do?

In this position, you are the link between customer, sales and technology. You support the commercial organization with your technical knowledge and ensure that requests are translated into appropriate solutions.

Your activities include:

• Calculating and developing lifting aids and handling systems (Habeload)
• Preparing and issuing offers for automation solutions (Wadcon)
• Maintaining customer contact (by phone and email)
• Coordinating technical solutions with product specialists
• Supporting the Sales Manager with commercial processes
• Thinking about technical and commercial optimizations

In doing so, you work closely with various disciplines within the organization and actively contribute to the realization of customer-oriented solutions.

• You have completed a higher professional education (technical and/or commercial)
• You have technical insight (preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar)
• You have a commercial attitude and think in terms of solutions
• You work accurately and in a structured way (calculations and quotes)
• You are strong in communication and customer-oriented
• You are fluent in the English language
