The Galactus is a powerful pneumatic manipulator for safely, accurately and ergonomically moving very heavy and bulky loads up to 1850 kg. This BPM lifting aid has been developed for industrial applications where maximum strength, stability and control are required.
Thanks to the rigid arm construction and the advanced pneumatic balancing system, even heavy, eccentric and unevenly distributed loads can be handled stably and in a controlled manner. The operator can move loads with minimal physical effort, while the system ensures a safe and ergonomic way of working in the workplace.
The Galactus can be equipped with various recording systems, such as vacuum technology, mechanical grippers and magnetic grippers. In addition, movements over multiple axes are possible, including 90°, 180° and 360°, making this BPM lifting aid widely applicable for complex handling applications. The Galactus is available as a column setup, ceiling mounting or rail system and can be tailored to a wide range of heavy industrial processes.
